Hands-on configuration experience in SAP MM and SAP SD Modules. Cross-functional knowledge and interaction points between MM and SD modules. Working knowledge of SAP CRM, and Middle-ware interaction between SAP SD/CRM is a plus. Have worked on interfaces (EDI/B2B) and other 3rd party systems.
Strong experience in leading and conducting requirements gathering sessions with end customers. Providing a business process engineering perspective during design review for projects. Documents all BKMs, and provides support as needed. Experience in project roll-out in preparing test plans, training documents, and conducting UAT. Excellent communications required - high-level English language communication skills, oral and written at peer and to senior level management. Demonstrated accomplishments under challenging situations and constraints.
