easy way you can deal with it is by adding ginger to your tea: ginger has
anti-bacterial properties that flush out harmful bacteria that irritate the
stomach by causing gas. Fennel seeds have anti-inflammatory properties that
reduce bloating and trapped gas. Yoghurt, which has rich probiotic properties,
is also a good remedy for bloating, and papaya, because of the presence of

ginger juice, 5 basil leaves and a pinch of ajwain to make a digestive tonic
that you can drink to deal with indigestion. Practise yoga poses like
Apanasana, Setu Bandha Sarvangasana and Balasana, to get rid of gas in stomach.
