Hello! My experience at
British Airways JER Terminal at was good. Check-in was swift, and the staff were friendly. Security was smooth with little waiting time. The terminal itself is compact but clean, with comfortable seating. The café had a reasonable choice of food and beverages, although limited. Boarding was prompt, and the BA staff were professional and friendly. It’s not a luxury experience, but for a regional airport, it does the job well. I’d definitely choose BA from Jersey again!
