Delta Airlines BWI Terminal last week and had a wonderful experience. The terminal was simple to move around, and check-in went quickly with courteous personnel. Security lines were not too long either, which was an excellent bonus. I liked the clean bathrooms and the reasonable eating options close to the gate. Boarding was efficient, and the Delta staff kept the passengers updated at all times. The gate agents were professional and courteous. Overall, the Delta experience out of BWI was hassle-free, which isn't always true at large airports. I'd definitely use Delta out of BWI again for my next flight.
