I had a fantastic time visiting the
Singapore Airlines Bali Office when I visited with a group of pals. We had numerous questions about luggage, flight transfers, and airport services. The employees responded to all questions clearly and cheerfully. They were really patient and did not rush us at all. We got the impression that they were genuinely interested in helping us rather than simply finishing the task. The office looked good, and having air conditioning was a luxury! We also liked being offered water while we waited. It was a really great touch. The visit simplified our travel plans significantly. I am really glad we stopped by. Thank you to the helpful crew for their excellent service.
