Hello, I was most impressed with the
Turkish Airlines FRA Terminal with its reliable and efficient baggage handling. As someone who travels frequently with more than one check-in bag, this time I was quite relieved. The check-in was very fast, and the people were professional with my bags. I had my baggage tag in no time, and the whole process seemed highly organized. When I reached my destination, all of my luggage had arrived intact and in good condition, not always the situation at a busy international airport. I particularly liked the way Turkish Airlines employees at FRA escorted me when I had questions regarding oversized luggage. Signs for baggage claim were prominent, and I did not have to wait long on the carousel. Turkish Airlines certainly impresses with its efficient baggage services. As a frequent traveler such as myself, this saves a great deal of travel stress. It may be a little thing, but it speaks highly of the service standard.
